I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire team at Ground Pros Inc. for the fantastic job you have done over the past two years as our landscape maintenance company.  Our 26-acre campus has never looked better in its 12 year history.

I have been delighted with the collaborative spirit you and your team have demonstrated not only for the routine maintenance needs, but especially for our special landscape projects.  It is a delight to have an outside contractor that intuitively knows the needs and wants of its clients, and at the same time works so efficiently with the budgetary constraints.

The staff that provides onsite supervision and implementation is always professional, and extremely courteous to the staff and senior residents of the community.  This too is greatly appreciated.

Best of all, as the Executive Director, I know the routine maintenance program and special projects as requested will be done professionally up to my standards, and on time.

I would like to take this opportunity to comment regarding the superb work and performance of Ground Pros.  I have had the pleasure to work exclusively with my Account Manager and his crews for a number of years on a few properties and have continued to be impressed each season.

In the fast paced business of association management, it is imperative to partner with vendors that can exceed my expectations and implement a process that is proactive and not reactive.

I just wanted to send email regarding my account manager! I called him on Friday because we are having a possible new client coming this morning around 11 a.m.  I asked him if he could put some flowers pots outside of our office before 11 today.  You should know that he went above and beyond getting me the flowers! He planted the flowers himself and they look great! Everyone has commented on them!

A private community located in Plainfield Illinois, consisting of 1440 homes.  We have retained the services of Ground Pros Inc. since 2010 as our comprehensive landscape contractor. Our Account Manager and the Owners have been an invaluable addition to our community.

Ground Pros has dramatically improved the condition and appearance of our vast common areas with great attention to detail, a pro-active approach to the needs of the community and personal attention the likes of which we have not previously experienced with prior contractors Their professionalism is second to none.

I’ve worked with Ground Pros for the last five years and will be working with them again this year.

There are several things that come to mind when I think about the work that they have done for us.  First, team work, they have a very knowledgeable staff that works together from the Account Managers to the crews that works on site.  They have suggested flowers for the sites, different plants that are native to this area for the main entrance.

Second, my account manager is always available and knows what is needed at each location.  Last year during our walk thru he suggested that instead of new mulch that we could move some of the mulch and plants from one area to various locations around the building.  We took that suggestion even though there was a drought and this project turned out great!  He has also helped with various questions about our trees and shrubs around the buildings.

In closing I would like to say I really have been happy with Ground Pros over the last five years and I look forward to working with them this year.
